Our smaller 'Rhyscorp 25hp' is a hand operated machine designed to get into those 'hard to reach' places. You know, against the fence, beside another tree or in through a small gate to your back yard. No problems to us.

Our large machine, the latest 'Vermeer SC60TX' self tracking Remote Control stump grinder, gives us the capability to remove any size tree stump in almost any environment, to a depth of over 400mm. It may look like a monster but it can fold in on itself to a width of just under one metre. This means we can often get our big machine into your back yard and have that stump out in no time, rather than having a small machine working at a large stump all day long.

From the annoying wee tree stump in the middle of your lawn, to a stand of stumps on your rural property, to the clearing of tree stumps on a large scale. The job is done quickly & cleanly, in the most environmentally friendly manner.

Both machines have the capacity to remove a tree stump well below cultivation depth, making replanting easier for you. i.e: spade or plough.

We have an ongoing maintenance schedule to keep our machines in tip top condition, ensuring the fast & efficient removal of your tree stumps, every time.

We regularly service our machines to meet manufacturers specifications. We purchase our machines locally, this guarantees us ongoing support, service and the immediate availability of spare parts, which keeps downtime to a minimum.

The location / access and the number & size of tree stumps. We are happy to price on a single stump, or give you an hourly rate for the really big jobs.
